New Zealand. It’s a bit like Scotland but with nicer hops. We’ve selected a formidable trio - Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka and delicately chucked them in a fermenter with some super-pale malt. Expect tropical, grapefruit, citrus and pine notes galore.
